Shipping Information

We only ship within the United States. UPS delivery must be to a street address, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Alaska and Hawaii delivery will be sent Priority - U.S. Mail (rates vary depending on weight and zip code)

We ship Monday-Friday. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them- but delays do occur. Saturday is not a business day.

UPS Ground Service

First 2 pounds: $5.75
Each additional pound: $ 0.75. Ships within 7-10 business days

UPS 3-Day Service

First 2 pounds: $8.75
Each additional pound: $ 1.00

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We cannot accept returns on beans or tea, however if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we can discuss credit options.

Clothing, mugs or other nonperishable items may be returned for credit or exchange if items are not worn or used. All sale items are final and non-returnable.
