Shipping Information

We only ship within the United States. UPS delivery must be to a street address, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Alaska or Hawaii deliveries must be sent USPS Priority U.S. Mail

We ship Monday-Friday. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them- but delays do occur. We don’t ship Saturday or Sundays.

A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once package has been shipped.

UPS service is not available for Hawaii shipments
 

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

We cannot accept returns on beans or tea, however if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we can discuss credit options.

If you are shipping and gifting a package, customer is responsible for paying to ship again if receipient rejects package.

Clothing, mugs or other nonperishable items may be returned for credit or exchange if items are not worn or used. All sale items are final and non-returnable.
